Easy Returns and Shipping Information
| Sample Policy
We are always more than happy to provide a sample for you to review or use for sizing purposes. When you order a sample, your account will be memo invoiced. This memo invoice will remain for 30 days. If your sample is not returned within this time frame, you will be obligated to pay the gross amount of this invoice in full. However, upon the return of your sample, your account will be credited in full for the gross amount of the invoice.
Because your Turfer Athletic product was created especially for you, we can only accept limited returns.
Items with manufacturer defects, items produced incorrectly, or items damaged in shipment can be returned for replacement within 30 days.
Correctly Produced Products
We do not accept returns for correctly produced items, or free/promotional items ordered incorrectly.
To Return Product(s):
1. Call us at 1-800-222-1312 within 30 days of receiving your order to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Once you have a RMA number, return your items to us within 30 days.
3. Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip with your return. Any product returned after 30 days or without a RMA number will not be processed.

To make a change in an order, contact customer service at 1-800-222-1312, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am -5:30 pm EST or email email@example.com with your confirmation number. Every attempt will be made to update your order, but cannot be guaranteed.
The shipping charge depends on the destination and the value of your order. We ship via UPS only.
Delivery times are estimates. Embroidery will add additional processing time. (This time will be provided during check out.) UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
